Miley Ray Cyrus is the child of Tish Cyrus and Billy Ray Cyrus. She was born on the 23rd of November of 1993. She was born in Franklin, Tennessee. She has 5 siblings: 2 half brothers a half sister, and a younger sibling and brother. The parents named their daughter Miley, in hopes to see her achieve a lot. Miley was shortened from Smiley when she was a child and was rewarded for being cheerful. Ron Cyrus was her grandfather. Cyrus went to Heritage Elementary School, Tennessee. At the age of eighteen, Cyrus and her family relocated into Toronto in Canada where Billy Ray, Cyrus's father, starred as Doc (2001) on TV. Around this time when Cyrus realized she was interested in learning to act too. She acted alongside her father, Doc (2001), in the first part of this movie. In addition, Cyrus played an appearance in Tim Burton's Big Fish (2003). In 2005, Cyrus had been cast in the main character on the Disney Hannah Montana series. Hannah Montana (2006), about a teen leading an alternate life of a pop star. Her father also appeared alongside her. It became an instant success with sold-out shows were announced as well as merchandising agreements. Cyrus gained fame when she was a teenager. After the success of Hannah Montana 2006, Cyrus began to play other roles. She played Ronnie Miller and Lola alongside Demi Moore in The Last Song 2010 and LOL 2012.
